Anna Mae E. Stelling, 88, a lifelong resident of Gages Lake, passed away Monday, May 18, 2015. She was born June 16, 1926 in Chicago, IL to Robert and Pearl Hughes. Anna Mae was a member of the Quarter Century Club, a past member of the Glee Club, a member of the United Protestant Church, a member of the circle 8 at the church, and a volunteer at Condell Medical Center. Anna Mae is survived by several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Earl Henry Stelling, her step-sisters Myrtle Woznieski, Mildred Geier, Marion Talcott, and Delores Wickersheim, and her step-brother Arthur Schirdewahn. The visitation is scheduled for Tuesday May 26, from 4 P.M. till 8 P.M. with a funeral service on Wednesday May 27, at 11:00 A.M. at the Strang Funeral Chapel 410 E. Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, Il, 60030. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the United Protestant Church or the Grayslake Rescue Squad.
