Evelyn F. (Sterling) Morton passed away peacefully Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016.
She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond G. Morton; dear mother of Maureen Peters (Thomas) of Cinnaminson; and loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Evelyn was born and raised in Gloucester City, and a resident of Cinnaminson, for more than 55 years.
She was a longtime parishioner of Sacred Heart Church of Riverton.
Friends and relatives are invited to Evelyn's life celebration services from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, at Sacred Heart Church of Riverton, on the corner of Fourth Street and Linden Avenue, where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Burial will take place in Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson.
