The family began using the surname Stubb by 1880 when they are found in Amboy Township in Cottonwood County, Minnesota. That name is used in land records from the time of their arrival here.
She is a part of the family unit in 1895 MN State Census of Amboy Township, Cottonwood County but not with her husband who is living with their daughter, Elisabeth Wiebe, in Lakeside Township in 1900.
