Opal Evelyn Austrew, 69, Route 2, died aL 7:35 p m Saturday at Jennie Stuart Medical Center
after a long illness.

Graveside services will be at 11.30 a m Tuesday at Green Hill Memorial Gardens with Dr. Duane
Forderhase officiating.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p m today at Hughart Funeral Home

A native of Henderson County, she was born Jan. 11, 1914, the daughter of the late David and
Cordelia Stone.

Survivors Include her husband, Harvard Austrew; one son, H F. "Buddy" Austrew, Hopkinsville;
two daughters, Mrs. Almer C. (Charlotte) Fort, HopkinsvIlle, and Mrs. James (Imadean) Wells, Morehead; one brother, Hubble Stone, Henderson; two sisters, Luella Rogers and Esther Patterson, both of Henderson; and seven grandchildren.
