Bonnie Stone Akers, 74, of Danville, died Thursday at her home.
Born June 13, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Frank M. and Argenia McDowell Stone. She was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church and the widow of Robert L. Akers.
Survivors include a daughter, Anna L. Jones of Danville; two sons, Robert L. Akers of Versailles, and Raleigh L. Akers of Georgia; a sister, Margie S. Estes of Winchester; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Stith Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Aaron and Michelle Long, Tracey and Ryan Hayden, Brandy Jones, Evelyn Osborne, Daniel Perry and Howard Long.
