Dorothy "Bird" Alexander, 80, went to be with her Lord and Savior, February 18, 2012.
Dorothy was proceeded in death by her son Charles Alexander, Jr., parents James and Cora Stone, three sisters and three brothers.
She is survived by her children, Mike Alexander and wife Joan, Brenda Stancik and husband Larry, Jackie Alexander and Dewanna Burnham; grandchildren, Troy, Martha, Crystal, Len, Sean and Chelsea; great-grandchildren, Matthew, Joshua, Alex, Caden, Jacob and Katie. Also her extended family the Barrs. Special thanks for the care provided by Marilyn Weitz, Total Home Care and Vitas Hospice.
Services were held, Wednesday, February 22, 2012 with interment in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
