Grace Ince, 73, of Springfield, died Sunday at Woodland Nursing Home after a long illness. She was a homemaker and member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Grace was born to Rev. and Mrs. James T. Stroud on July 29, 1930. She was married to Vernon "Gene" Ince on April 22, 1946. Her parents; husband; a grandson, Michael Gene Anderson; four brothers; and four sisters preceded Grace in death. Grace is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Shirley and Kenny Anderson of Springfield, and Deborah and Ronny Adams of Central City, Ark. Also surviving are five sisters, Ruby Smith and Pearl Lane of Springfield, Martha Stone of Wichita, Kan., Georgia Kermer of Branson, and Emma Stroud of Pendleton; four grandchildren; seven greatgrandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Klingner Mortuary Chapel with interment at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Rev. Damon Thomas is officiating. Visitation will be today from 7 to 8 p.m. in the mortuary.
