Doris J. Thomas, 78, of Ocean City, New Jersey passed away at her home on Saturday.
Miss Thomas was formerly of Norristown, Pennsylvania before moving to Ocean City, New Jersey in 1958.
She worked as an Office Manager for New Jersey American Water Company in Ocean City and as a floor person at Resorts in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
She was a member of St. Frances Cabrini RC Church in Ocean City, New Jersey, the Republican Club, the Civic Club and was Past President of Soroptimist Club.
Survivors include three sisters and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sisters, Marie C. Sylvester, Catherine J. Thomas, Evelyn Williams and a brother Joseph Thomas, Jr.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered from St. Frances Cabrini RC Church of St. Damien Parish, 2nd Street at Atlantic Avenue, Ocean City, New Jersey. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, East Norriston, Pennsylvania.
