Mrs. Garrett died Thursday, December 19th, in Baptist Hospital, Nashville. She was a native of Dickson County, daughter of the late James and Ellen Cratty Tidwell. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Mr. William M. Garrett of Dickson; four daughter; Mrs. Lois Corrnett of Westland, Michigan, Mrs. Nancy Hillsburg of Plymouth, Michigan, Mrs. Mary Tullis of Metairie, Louisiana and Mrs. Linda Lauwers of Rolmus, Michigan; one son, William R. Garrett of Ocala, Florida; two sisters: Mrs. Galdys Brazzell and Mrs. Elizabeth Few, both of Dickson, Route No. 4; Thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
