She was born May 19, 1899, in Lexington, a daughter of Harry Elias and Emma Albin Tilbury. She married David Jack Blakney in Lexington. He died in 1976.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Blakney played piano in the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus and Kresges in Chicago. She was known as "The Piano Lady" at the Lexington Scenic Theater, the Heights Towers and Windsong Village, Pearland, Texas.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
