Mrs. Rosemary (Rusty) Banks, age 53 of San Antonio, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2011 at the Brook Army Medical Center of natural causes. Mrs. Banks was born December 5, 1957 in Chicago, daughter of Elmer and Eula Stephens Todd. Mrs. Banks is preceded in death by her father, Elmer Todd. Mrs. Banks is survived by her mother, Eula Stephens Todd of Fordyce, AR; husband, Willie Banks of San Antonio, TX; one son, Nathan Patterson of Portland, TN; two daughters, Candice Puttman of Hot Springs, AR, Tiffany Miller of Portland, TN; three brothers, Daniel Stephens of PA, Elmer Todd of Fordyce, AR, Jim Stephens of Fordyce, AR and one sister, Angela Sartin of Fordyce, AR; five grandchildren. Visitation with the Banks family will be held at the Resthaven Funeral Home on Wednesday morning, from 11 a.m. until 12 Noon. Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday afternoon at 12 Noon, at the Resthaven Funeral Home.
