Born August 10 1904, she was the daughter of Cora Webb Trimble and the late Shell Trimble.
A member of the United Baptist Church, she is survived by her husband, Charlie Colvin. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Vivian Preston and Mrs. Joan Meadows of Wittensville; a son Gerald Colvin of Wittensville; and the following sisters, Mrs. Dixie Estep of Barnetts Creek; Mrs. Miranda Overly of Dayton, Ohio; and Mrs. Lora Cantrell of Tutor Key; and one brother, John Powell Trimble, Maysville, Ky.
Funeral services were held Sunday, December 5, 1:30 p.m. at the Paintsville United Baptist Church with Nim Sturgill, Foster Rigsby, Prater Blair and Lonza Reed officiating. Interment was held at the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville under the arrangements of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
