Charles Turnbull, 84, of Athens, GA passed away Friday, June 07, 2013.
A native of Bishop, GA, Mr. Turnbull was the son of the late Thomas and Selma Blackwell Turnbull and was preceded in death by his wife, Sibyl Sheridan Turnbull. He was a retired salesman with E.R. Snell and a member of Young Harris United Methodist Church.
Survivors include step-sons, Larry Holmes and wife, Brenda of Jefferson, GA and Ken Holmes and wife, Clara of Monroe, GA; grandchildren, Donald Holmes and wife, Erin, Roy Holmes, Patricia Holmes, Jonathan Holmes, Gary Holmes, and Balinda Holmes and husband, Billy, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held 2PM Monday, June 10th at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Sunday, June 9th at Bernstein Funeral Home.
