Alex Xavier Velazquez, age 18, of Kissimmee, Florida, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2008 as a result of injuries sustained in an auto accident. Born September 9, 1989 in Mount Holly, New Jersey, Alex is the son of loving parents, Haidee Raffucci and Diego Velazquez and beloved brother to Diego Velazquez, Diego Luis Velazquez, Diego Eric Velazquez and boyfriend to Christina Sookram. Alex was a a server at the Radisson Worldgate Resort where he also helped as a bellman, security guard and sold timeshares. He liked to play pool and was in to popular automotive mechanics. Alex was always a caring and loving brother who was always there for his family. Visitation is scheduled for 3 - 8 P.M., Wednesday, July 30, 2008, at Osceola Memory Gardens Funeral Home in Kissimmee.
A Mass of Christian burial is pending for Thursday, July 31, 2008, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Kissimmee.
Interment will be in the Magnolia Plantation Garden of Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery.
