Mr. Vespasian was born December 16, 1934, a son of the late Frank A. and Kathryn Jeswald Vespasian, Sr. and had lived in this area all of his life.
He had been employed as a substitute schoolteacher for several years and was a member of the Upper Room Fellowship, Columbiana. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean War.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Donald (Carol) Greiner of Farmington, CT and two nephews.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 25, 2006 at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia with Pastor Charles Hamilton officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the services.
