FORMER LOCAL WOMAN DIES
Mrs. Olive Andrews, 62, widow of Willilam Andrews and former resident of this city and of the Waldron community, died at her home 1022 S. Keystone Avenue, Indianapolis, Thursday night after a five-week illness.
Mrs. Andrews, who had lived in Indianapolis for the past 12 years, was born in Switzerland county on May 31, 1891, the daughter of John and Alice Walcott. She is survived by eight children, Harold Andrews of this city; William K. and Glenn C. Andrews and Mrs. Lonetta Bales of Indianapolis; Robert Andrews, Bedford; Leon of Audubon, New Jersey; Mrs. Betty Richard of Japan, and Mrs. Freda Farris of Speedway City. Also surviving are two brothers and one sister, Otis and Floyd Walcott of Aurora and Mrs. Ethel Brandt of Guilford.
Funeral rites will be held at the J. C. Wilson Chapel of the Chimes in Indianapolis Monday at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Ogden cemetery near Waldron. Friends may call at the chapel.
