"Mrs Jane Gray, widow of the late John Gray, son of Alexander Gray, who was formerly business manager of the old Baltimore coal Company, died at her home near Princeton, NJ, on Tuesday last.

(John Gray and Jane Walker were married 20 Sep 1847 in Wilkes-Barre, PA)

She was born in Scotland about 56 years ago, and came with her parents, John and Grace Walker, to this country in childhood. She was a sister of David Walker and Mrs. James Flett of this city.

Her death resulted from a pulmonary affection of some years standing.

She leaves four children-two daughters, Jennie and Maggie and sons Jesse and Alexander-now grown to adult age.

(Her sister is Margaret Walker Flett)

In early life she became a member of the First Presbyterian Church of this city, and continued her relations with the church as a pious and consistent communicant up to the family departure for New Jersey some twenty years ago.

The funeral is expected to be from the Lehigh Valley station upon the arrival of the 2 p.m. train on Friday. with interment in the Hollenback Cemetery."
