Mrs. Grace Alma Lloyd, 96, of 61 S. Meade St, Wilkes-Barre, died Friday in Mountain Rest Nursing Home, Scranton.
The former Grace Walker, she was born in Hazleton and resided in the Heights section the greater part of her life.
She was the widow of David C. Lloyd who died in 1940. Mrs. Lloyd at the time of her death was the eldest member of Puritan Congregational Church. Wilkes-Barre, and a charter member of Queen Esther Order of Eastern Star, Wilkes-Barre.
Surviving are children, Mrs. Willard Williams, Scranton; John D., Charlottesville, Va.; Mrs. Francis Lindley, South Waverly; Mrs. William J. Davis, Wilkes-Barre; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. A son, Arthur T., died in 1970.
Funeral will be Monday at 11 from Kniffen Funeral Home, 465 S. Main St., with Rev. Roy R. Gibbs officiating. Interment in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Hanover Township.
Friends may call Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
