Lucy was the daughter of Harry L. Walker and Lucy Boney. She grew up at 421 Carver Street in Plymouth, PA with four brothers: William, Joseph Aloysius, Harry, and Ignatius and two sisters: Mary and Anna "Nano". She married James J. Reilly on 9 June 1908 at St. Vincent's Church in Plymouth and they had two children named Lucy and James Jr. She died on 19 March 1912 at the Walker Family home on 421 Carver Street as a result of a week's illness with puerperal septicemia. Her funeral was held at St. Vincent's Church and she was interred at St. Vincent's Cemetery on 22 March 2012.
