Faye Mildred Walker Scott, 88, of Leicester, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at Mission Hospital. A native of Madison Co., she was a daughter of the late David and Ollie Buckner Walker. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Claude Hillery Scott, and by sisters Edna Scott and Velma Reemes. Mrs. Scott was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday in the Patton Ave. chapel of Groce Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bobby Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Green Hills Cemetery.
