Jean was born in LaSalle, Illinois and raised in Chicago. She attended Grant Park Art Institute there. Prior to her marriage to Clement R. Bradshaw of Taunton, MA in 1946, Jean was employed as an auditor for a governmental agency in Chicago. After moving to
Taunton, she held administrative positions at H.C.Brill and Geilich Tanning Cos. and eventually became supervisor of customer service for the Coppercraft Guild Co.
Jean leaves four devoted sons; James and his wife, Ann of Falmouth, Terence and his wife, Patricia of Raynham, Mass., William of New York City, and Thomas and his wife Debby of Santa Ynez, California; and five grandchildren, and a niece,
Jean was predeceased by two brothers, Reed and Raymond Wallace.
She was a former charter member of the Pocasset Golf Club and was an avid bridge player as well as a cooking enthusiast.
A period of visitation will be from 9:30 – 10:30 Am on Wednesday, April 29th in the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Falmouth, MA.
A Graveside Service will follow at 11:00 Am in the VA National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
