Isaac was the father of Arthur W. Waltari (married Margaret Fay Trunk) Isaac married Henna L. (Palo) Waltari.

Farmer, Dies

Isaac E.Waltari, 73, farmer 12 miles east of Great Falls, a homesteader and 51 year resident of that area, died Friday morning at a local hospital.
Waltari was a immigrant from Finland, where he was born Sept. 7, 1880. He came to the United States in 1903 and settled in Minnesota.
Later he came to Montana worked for a time in the mines at Sand Coulee and Neilhart prior to taking a homestead which he farmed throughout the remainder of his life. he was a member of the Lutheran church.
In addition to his wife, Henna, he is survived by one daughter, Elsie Murphy, and four sons, John, Arthur, Charles and Wayne, all of Great Falls; 14 grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. A son, George, died in World War II.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Croxford's Mortuary with Rev. Carl Nelson officiating. Burial will in Highland cemetery.
