Born in Chestnut Hill, he was the son of the late Samuel and Anna Bowman Weber and the husband of the late Helen M. Myers Weber who died in 1980.
Weber was a resident of Ephrata for 60 years and a member of the First United Methodist Church, Ephrata.
He worked as a shift foeman at the Reading Power Plant and more recently was employed by by Ephrata Borough, retiring after 35 years of service.
Weber was a member of the Reading Power Engineers and Rough and Tumble, Kinzer.
He is survived by one son, Donald Weber, Ephrata; one sister, Mary Hahn, Sinking Springs; one brother, Steven Weber, Terre Hill; six grandchildren; one great-grandson.
