Geraldine Webster Adams, 91, of West Frankfort, Illinois passed away at home as she wished on Tuesday, March 31, 2014 at 6:57 p.m. She was born April 10, 1922 in West Frankfort, Illinois to Richard and Golda (Clemons) Webster.

She married John Quincy Adams and he preceded her in death. Together they ran Adams Game Farm for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Quincy Adams; sons, John Quincy II and Richard (Dick) Adams; brother, Byford Webster. Survivors include her daughter-in-laws, Leslie Adams and Mary Ann Adams; grandchildren: Kellie Haskell, Josh (Brandi) Adams, Seth Adams, Adrian Adams, and Jarod Adams; great-grandchildren: Dusten Adams; Alyssa (Tristan) Morris; Lauren Adams; Jake Haskell; Morgan, William, Jessie, and Robert Jones; and Jalen Tomonovich; great-great-grandchildren: Hadleigh Grace Birkner and Brinlee Rose MorrisNiece, Laurie Webster; nephews: Brett (Tracy) Webster; Charles (Sondra) Webster; David (Sharon) Webster; extended family members: Tommy Haskell and Cory Karnes; and family dog, ""Dime"".

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 7, 2014 at Denning Cemetery on the Orient Road with Rev. Alan Summers officiating. Union Funeral Home in West Frankfort, Illinois is in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery prior to the service.
