Obituary from the Wisconsin Demokrat, Chilton, WI, from 20 Aug 1909:

Charlesburg -- On Tuesday evening of last week, the widow Katherina Bonnlander died of old age at her son's house here.

She was 76 years old. Her husband died several years ago.

There are 6 daughters, 2 sons, and a large number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren who survive her.

On Friday, 10 am, after Reverend Thelen celebrated a requiem mass and addressed her eulogy to the mourners, she was buried at the town cemetery in the grave next to her husband. Since the deceased was a member of the Women's Club, 6 club members acted as pallbearers. A great number of children and grandchildren attended the funeral.
