Mr. Floy A. Wells, Jr, age 85 of Clinton passed away Thursday, March 23, 2017.
Mr. Wells was a retired supervisor with Union Carbide at Y-12.
He was a veteran of the United States United States Army.
Preceded in death by his parents, Floy A. Sr. and Flora Bridges Wells; sister, Billie Morris.
He is survived by Son Mitchell Stand and wife Kimberly Ann Wells of Sweetwater, TN Daughter. Sherry and husband David Humphrey of Clinton, TN Grandchildren Brandon Curtis Wells Alysha Tackett Arien Woods Great Grandchildren Connor Tackett Catelyn Tackett Lacy Lambert Natalie Woods Cordelia Woods Several Nieces and Nephews
The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 pm, Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home.
A Masonic Service will be held at 7:00 PM with funeral service will follow in the chapel with Rev. Ronald Guthrie officiating.
Family and friends will meet Monday at 1:00 PM at the funeral home and go in procession to Anderson Memorial Garden for a graveside service at 2:00 PM.
