BARDILL, MRS. VERMA W. - age 86, formerly of Wartburg, passed away Thursday, February 11, 1999, at Heritage Health Care Center in Tallahassee, Fla. She was a member of the St. Pauls Lutheran Church of Wartburg. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Martin C. Bardill; parents, Howard and Stella Wells; brothers, Edward, Gerald, Paul and Burt Wells; grandson, Christian G. Bardill. She is survived by: her son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Joyce Garrett Bardill; granddaughters, Amy Bardill and Amanda Spence; great-granddaughter, Sara Jane Spence; sisters, Peggy Pemberton, Madge Emerson, Mary Dameron and Dorothy Wilson. The family will receive friends Monday evening, February 15, 1999, from 6-8 p.m., at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg. Funeral services will be at 8 p.m., with Rev. Robert Pfaff officiating. Graveside services will be held Tuesday morning, at 10 a.m., in Wartburg City Cemetery .
