Anne was born in Gaylord, MI on May 15, 1932, daughter of the late Delbert and Cora (Peck) Wheeler. She married Richard G. Bayley in Flint at Court Street Methodist Church on August 8, 1953. Anne worked at U of M Flint as a secretary for the Dean of Admissions. She was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church in Flint. Anne enjoyed quilting, reading, gardening and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
Anne is survived by her husband, Richard Bayley; children, Jeff (Alison) Bayley, Carol (David) McCarty, Judy (Scott) Miller and Thomas Bayley; grandchildren, Brendon (Sarah), Colin (Elizabeth), Emily and Jared Bayley; great-granddaughter, Emery Bayley; brother, Gary (Madonna) Wheeler; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard.
