Rachel Williams Rice, 94, of 701 Oaknoll Dr., died Thursday, Oct. 30, 2003, in Oaknoll Retirement Residence following a long illness. Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Trinity Episcopal Church, Iowa City. Burial: Oakland Cemetery. At Rachel's request, no visitation will be held.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Rachel Rice Scholarship Fund at the Western State College in Gunnison, Colo., or the Trinity Episcopal Church in Iowa City.
