Obituary from POST REGISTER (IDAHO FALLS, ID) - 24 NOVEMBER 2004:
REXBURG -- Leah Lovell Taylor, 63, died November 22, 2004, at her home of complications of multiple system atrophy.
She was born February 13, 1941, in Helena, Montana, to Otis Harland and Julia Kathryn Grigg Williams. She attended high school in Ontario, Oregon, and studied horticulture at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
On December 15, 1960, she married Charles Lynn Taylor in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
She was a homemaker who worked as a receptionist and office manager at Goode Motors in Burley, Idaho. As a teacher, she seldom missed BYU Education Week. She enjoyed playing piano and writing poetry.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Lovell delighted in the achievements of her children and grandchildren and was a devoted wife and mother.
Survivors include her husband, Charles; children, Garth (Shauna) Taylor of Idaho Falls, Crystal Taylor of Twin Falls, Alyssa (Mac) Ratchford of Casper, Wyoming, and Matthew (Rebecca) Taylor of Rexburg; mother, Kathryn Williams of Burley; siblings, Mark (Kate) Williams of Burley, June (Bruce) Nelson of Logan, Utah, Garth (Sam) Williams of Burley, Pam (Joey) Carlson of Kearnie, Nebraska, Nathan (Donna) Williams of Salt Lake City, and Jared (Janet) Williams of Grand Junction, Colorado; and 14 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, at the Archer-Sunnydell LDS Chapel. The family will visit with friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg and from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. before services Saturday at the church. Burial will be in the Sutton Cemetery.
