Mrs. EVA BLANCHE MACKLEY, wife of the late Jacob H. Mackley, formerly of West 4th St. and more recently of West 14th Street, died suddenly Thursday morning at Frederick Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Woodsboro on Oct. 21, 1884, a daughter of the late James and Grace Elizabeth Shank Williams.
Surviving are two children, Meredith H. Mackely and Mrs. Willard H. Mercer, both of this city and one sister, Mrs. Rosie Fogle, Frederick.
She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church.
Services were held at the M.R. Etchison and Son Funeral Home; interment was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
