Tina Wofford Abercrombie, age 71, passed away Friday, Dec., 21, 2012. She was a native of Gadsden, AL and moved to Robertsdale at the age of 12. She graduated from Robertsdale High School. She married Thomas V. Abercrombie and traveled with her military husband until retiring in the Pensacola, FL area. Mrs. Abercrombie was an active member of the Plainview Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, John T. & Judy Wofford and sister, Alice Cooper. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Thomas V. Abercrombie of Cantonment, FL, 2 sons, David (Stacey) Abercrombie of Miami, FL and Darren Abercrombie of Cantonment, FL, sister Emily Chadwick of Olympia, WA and 2 grandchildren, Austin and Dylan Abercrombie. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Plainview Baptist Church, Pensacola, FL with burial in the Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola, FL. A visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made your favorite charity. Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, Hwy. 59 Robertsdale, AL.
