Mrs. Janeece L. DeWaele, age 45, of 111 North First Street in Walnut, Illinois, died suddenly Friday, August 7, 1998 at her home in Walnut.

Funeral memorial services will be conducted on Tuesday, August 11 at 3:30pm in the Garland Funeral Home in Walnut with Rev. Arthur J. Stejskal, pastor of Evanglical Covenant Church in Princeton officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2 pm until the time of services. Mrs. DeWaele's body will be cremated after the services and a memorial has been established in her memory.

She was born on November 18, 1952 in St. Chales, Illinois, the daughter of Howard and Eva Marie Riemenschneider Wolcott. She was united in marriage to Phillip DeWaele on May 20, 1989 in Princeton, Illinois. She was a member of Evangelical Covenant Church in Princeton, Illinois.

Mrs. DeWaele is survived by her husband, Phillip of Walnut; one daughter, Mrs. Mark (Melissa) Maynard of Walnut; two grandsons, Shane McInnes and Cody Maynard, both of Walnut; her mother, Mrs. Eva Marie Wolcott of Lakeland, Florida; three brothers, Howard (Barb) Wolcott of Rock Falls, Illinois; Greg (Ann) Wolcott of Princeton, Illinois and Alan (Teresa) Wolcott of Brookline, Massachusetts; one sister, Mrs. Tom Kelly (Cynthia Wolcott) of New Britain, Connecticut; one half-sister, Meredith Cery of Aurora, Illinois; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preced in death by her father.
