Mary Jane Baldwin, 84, of Crossville, passed away Sept. 19, 2000. Funeral services were conducted Sept. 22 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with burial in Woody Cemetery. The Rev. Hank Jones and the Rev. Wayne Matthews officiated, with special music by Bruce and Molly Wyatt.
Mrs. Baldwin was born Nov. 6, 1915, in Cumberland County, the daughter of James and Harriet Ann Wyatt Woody.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Harriet Woody; John and Pamelia Woody, who raised her; husband, Roy Baldwin; two sons, Ridley Baldwin and Kermit Baldwin; one daughter, Wilma Phipps; three sisters, Pearlie Burke, Rachel Burke and Martha Cox; and a brother, Hampton Woody.
