Carl was born the son of son of Carl E. and Veva P. (Keever) Lang. He married Betty Decker on March 15, 1975 at Pontiac. She survives-Pontiac. Also surviving is his Mother: Veva Lang-Chatsworth, IL. 6 sisters: Diana (Gerald) Shubert-Pontiac, IL., Priscilla (Tim) Agner-Chatsworth, IL., Gloria (Dick) Hitchens-Piper City, IL., Debbie (John) Sterrenberg-Kirkwood, Mo., Karen (Dan) Freehill-Sulphur, OK. And Bev (John) Ulitzch-Chatsworth, IL. Carl is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews and great Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Father: Carl E. Lang.
Carl was educated in Chatsworth Grade and High School and was a welder for 41 years at Interlake Steel in Pontiac. He served out country in the US Army from 1968-1970 in Germany. He was an avid Bears and Cubs fan.
