Mrs. Lydia Mueller, 69, of 1711 Johnston Dr., Manitowoc, died Sunday afternoon
at Memorial hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be at 1:30 pm Wednesday
at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Mishicot, the Rev. Herbert Kesting
officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Mueller, nee Lydia Schmidt, was born Sept. 20, 1903 in the Town of Mishicot,
daughter of the late William and Ida Wilms. She was married to William O. Mueller
Oct. 14, 1933 at St. Peter Church. He preceded her in death March 6, 1969. She was
a member of St. Peter Ladies Aid Society, Manitowoc Homemakers, Senior Citizens
and the German society (D.A.N.K.)
Surviving are a son, William O., a sister, Mrs. Carrie Schmidt of Reedsville, two
brothers, Lester and Floyd of Rt. 2, Mishicot and two grandchildren. Two sisters
and a brother preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, after 4 pm
Tuesday and after 11 am Wednesday at the church.
