He was preceded in death by his parents, Matt and Doris.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Dolores "Dee"; children, Dawn Hurlburt (Gerard), Jason (Dawn) and Emily; grandchildren, Grace, Riley, Blake, Jake and Kaylee; brothers and sisters, Karen Westmoreland (Dick), Jim (Carol), Dave (DeVonne), Sue Kerska (Monty) and Shari; sister-in-law, Gerri Presbrey; brothers-in-law, Don Albert (Val) and Bob Albert (Kathy); and many nieces, nephews and friends.
