Martha Worrel Bright was the wife of George W. Bright (1844-1920) and the daughter of Samuel & Mary Bowen Worrel. Martha was born in Pickerington, Ohio. She was a member of the First Congregational church and a member of the board of managers of the Home for the Aged and of the Hannah Neil mission. She was also interested in various other philanthropic organizations before failing health forced her to give her activities up. A daughter Mrs. Sinclair Nace and a foster daughter Miss Helen M. Quinn and a brother John survived her.
