Lillian Eells, was born to Charles and Elizabeth Maphet on a small farm North and East of Gate, Oklahoma. She married Floyd Eells homesteaded and lived on the same farm East of Gate for over 77 years. She never once drove a car, and at the time of her death, was 1 year older than the state of Oklahoma.
Lillian Eells was my Aunt, and I'm proud to say that I was born in her house, along with my brother and two of my cousins.
