ASHLEY, Harvey Ray, age 82 of Elora died Wednesday, July 16, 2003 at Southern TN Medical Center in Winchester. He was born in Franklin County and was a retired saw mill owner and former pastor of the Faith Tabernacle Church of Jesus in Cowan. He is survived by wife Sadie Ashley of Elora, sons Davie Ashley, Donnie Ashley, Bobby Ashley, Lester Ashley and Larry Ashley, all of Elora, daughters Carolyn Davis of New Market, Ala., Janice Green of Elora, Betty Richardson of Fayetteville and Lynn Prince of Huntland, sisters Virginia Miller of Farris Chapel, Lillie Metcalf of Estill Springs and Ellen Carreon of Winchester, 21 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Service was Friday, July 18, 2003 at 2 p.m. at Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Eugene West and Rev. James Wesley officiating. Interment was in the Green Cemetery in Belvidere. .
