She was the daughter of Sherman and Pauline (Sutton) Adcox and married James N. Carney - 16 Aug 1952 - Orange Co., California. She later married Alfred Lee Beavers. Her obituary follows:

Martha Aline Beavers, age70 of Tullahoma, died Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at her residence. She was born in Cook County, Illinois, and was a homemaker. She is survived is by her husband, Alfred Beavers of Tullahoma; daughters, Debbie Allen, Belinda Custard and Terri Rice, all of Tullahoma; stepdaughter, Cheri Davis of Boaz, Alabama; stepson, Robert Beavers of Boaz, Alabama; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Service will be Friday, April 2, 2004 at 1 p.m. at Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Marty Nutter officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester.
