Jason was called home to be with the Lord on Jan. 18, 2013, while rendering aid to a young woman who was injured in an automobile accident. He died serving others. Jason was born Nov. 14, 1979, in Cheyenne, Wyo., to Lee Albright and Lynn Albright.
Jason earned his MBA from LeTourneau University in Longview. He was a member of the Leadership Tyler Class 25 and was an adjunct faculty member at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. With a servant's heart, Jason was known for his wonderful sense of humor, commitment to excellence, and a hard work ethic; all of which helped him to be a two-time Ironman Florida finisher.
Jason worked for General Dynamics in Kilgore as an accountant and was a member of Grace Community Church. His love for Jesus Christ made him proud and honored to serve his community giving his time working with youth at Sky Ranch, Heartlight Ministries and Rockin' C Ranch.
Jason's organs were donated to extend the lives of people, in order for his memory to live on.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial account has been created for Erin Albright, to benefit the Jason Albright family at any Regions Bank.
