NIKKI N. ALLEN, of Euless, TX, died on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at the age of 55. Born October 25, 1954 in Laredo, Texas, she was the daughter of Douglas Maurice Neal and Rose Marie Kelley Neal. Preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Richard Neal and Dana Neal; and husband, Roy Allen. Nikki was well known in food service and restaurant circles, having worked for White Swan Corporation in Fort Worth, Texas, the U.S. Food Service in Columbia, MD and Brinker International of Dallas, Texas. She was a woman strong in her convictions and a joy to all who knew her.
