He is survived by his wife, Lynda Foster; daughter, Dana Hall and son, Bradley Rosser; grandchildren, Robyn and Ryan Hall; siblings, Charles Foster of Hurst, Robert Foster of Savannah, GA, Doris Dozier of Waco and Ruth Beaver of Lubbock. Visitation will be 6:30- 8:30 PM, Monday, October 27, 2008 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be 12:30 PM, Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
