Thomas Hunt Wyman - Noted business magnate. Mr. Wyman had been the CEO of many different companies, including CBS, Green Giant, and S.G. Warburg & Co. Inc. Mr. Wyman also served as a board member for multiple companies, including General Motors Corporation, Hughes Electronics Corporation, Scott Paper Company, Norton Company, Toro, Norwest Bank, The Boston Company, Green Giant Company, The Pillsbury Company, CBS Inc., Imperial Chemical Industries PLC (London), ZENECA Group PLC (London), and United Biscuits PLC (Edinburgh). Mr. Wyman served on the boards of the following organizations: The United Way of America, The United Negro College Fund, and The Museum of Broadcasting. On December 3rd, 2002, Mr. Wyman made a huge stand by resigning from Augusta National Golf Club because of its all-male membership. He criticized CBS for not taking action regarding the controversial policy, and stated that 1/4 of the club was in agreement with his views.
