19-year-old man who was fatally shot by officers from the Los Angeles Police Dept. on the Ventura 101 Freeway. He led officer on a pursuit when he failed to heed a traffic stop in the community of Northridge. He eventually sped onto the 101 which ended when the vehicle he was driving was rammed by a following police car. He then proceded to flee on foot while pointing an object, which turned out to be his cellphone, at officers involved in the chase.
