Services for Thurman Applewhite,63, of Fresno will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Jesse E. Cooley Jr. Chapel.
Mr. Applewhite died Wednesday.
Surviving are his wife, Marion; a son, Curtis; five daughters, Phyllis, Rene and Karen, Janet Tatum and Valeria Younger, all of Fresno; a brother, J.D. of San Diego; two sisters, Lula Mae Richardson and Annie Mae Lowe, both of Earlimart; eight grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Chapel.
