"Tate" Adams Died
In Letterman Hospital
Tatum Monroe Adams, former well-known resident and better known as "Tate" Adams, died in the Letterman Hospital in San Francisco last Sunday after an illness of several months' duration. He was a veteran of the Spanish-American war of 1898, and served with distinction.
The deceased was a native of Missouri and was aged 59 years and 6 days. He is survived by a son and a daughter.
The remains were brought here to A.H. McArthur funeral parlors on Wednesday and the funeral held yesterday morning. Interment was made in Evergreen cemetery in Knights valley beside his wife, who died several years ago.
