Great philanthropists and benefactors of Humankind, Count Adolph and his wife the Countess Henrietta (Rita) de Hoernle have donated millions to over 140 civic, social and charitable organizations including Boca Raton Community Hospital, Red Cross, Hospice, The Habilitation Center, St. John’s Hospital for Rehabilitation, Mae Volen Senior Center, The Haven, St. Joan of Arc School and the Police Athletic League. The Countess helped finance the Count Adolph de Hoernle Amphitheater in Mizner Park, Boca Raton – named in memory of her husband. The Boca Raton Museum Art School also bears the countess' name.
