KUTZTOWN PATRIOT - Kutztown, PA

SUSAN KATHARINE (Smith) WEIDENHAMMER 85, widow of S. Y. Weidenhammer, died in the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mrs. Charles Herbein 410 East Main St., FLEETWOOD, after a short illness. Born in Reading she was a daughter of the late Harrison and Caroline (Fisher) Smith, and was a member of Emmanuel Evangelical Church, Fleetwood.
Surviving are eight children: W. Irvin, Hamburg; William R. Fleetwood; Adam B., Reading; Florence K., wife of John Schoedler, Fleetwood; Emma C., wife of the Rev. Edward Clemmer, North Carolina; Helen B., wife of Charles Faust, Fleetwood; Gertrude M., wife of Charles Bertolet, Blandon, and Lillie V., wife of Charles Herbein, at whose home she died; 32 grandchildren; one great-grandchild, and two sisters: Mrs. Ella Barnett and Mrs. Annie Eck, both of Reading.
Services Friday at 2 P.M. in Emmanuel Evangelical Church, Fleetwood, the Rev. B. Ellsworth Snoddy and the Rev. Ralph Kresge officiating. Burial in Fleetwood Cemetery, the Christ Funeral Home in charge.
